It appears I was a bit late in revealing the secret of fencer butt since there was a whole book written on the topic published in 1996!  (Thanks George and David for pointing this out!) 

Get a Gold-Medal Butt: Fencing-Inspired Exercises for the Perfect Derriere was written by Gary Guerriero, Mary Leonard and featured three time Olympian (1984, 1988, 1992) Olympic fencer Sharon Monplasir doing various fencing exercises to strengthen and shape her butt.

So, if you want a fencer butt you can either a) find a local fencing club or b) Buy the book of exercises!

Forgot Tae-Bo and all those other crazy exercises and gimmicks…if you want a good butt you need to try fencing! Period.

We spend all practice in a squatting position and it’s an incredible leg and butt workout! 

So, the lesson here is that if you are unsatisfied with your posterior it’s time to find your local fencing club and start fencing!

You have my guarantee that within a few weeks you’ll have your very own fencer butt!

Addendum: Apparently I a bit late to this topic since there was a whole book published on it in 1996!

Fencer Named to Cosmo’s “Top 25 Most Interesting Men in the World”

US Olympic Fencer Carl Borack was named one of Cosmo’s “top-25 most exciting men in the world” back in the 1970s! (He’s the person on the the left side of the picture and not the naked guy with the horse!)

He was on a list with people like Sean Connery, Paul Newman, Mick Jagger, Dustin Hoffman and a host of other celebrities and big names!

Totally amazing and the naked guy with the horse is totally hilarious!
