The Penn State Fencing Team Gets Down For Charity! (Fencers Helping The World)

The Penn State Fencing team recently performed a dance routine with sabers and masks for a charity event at their school called THON 2010. 

www.THON.org, the online home of the largest student-run philanthropy in the world! The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, affectionately referred to as THON, is a yearlong effort to raise funds and awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer.

They have raised 7 million dollars so far this year!

Glad to see the Penn State Fencing Team doing good work.

My Favorite Amber Rose Picture Comments…

It’s amazing to see how many people comment on the things celebrities do!

Even Amber Rose, and this picture in Gotham Magazine, is commented upon all over the internet…which means of course that people also had some things to say about her photo-mates….

Here are my favorite comments so far:
1) “The dude standing looks like a white Tyler Perry”

2) “Each one is truly a VISION! The men are handsomely swathed in classic looks which are absolutely resplendent……Amber Rose, clad in pieces that are a tribute to her personal style, is as beautiful as she is edgy.”

3) “ I agree, he does look like Tyler Perry.”

FYI This is Tyler Perry…hmmm, do you see a resemblance?

J.FOLD has Great Stuff!

Got the chance to stop by a sample sale today for J.FOLD.   They are a company that makes really high quality accessories such as wallets and various types of bags. 

The stuff they have is very cool!

The Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital Saber Open Benefit Competition (Fencers Helping The World)

A young fencer from my club, Adam Mandel, has put together a saber fencing competition to raise money for the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital which helps kids with cancer.
