Thought you might find it interesting to see what kind of schedule we’re keeping here at the US Olympic Training Center. It has been a very intense and focused week of training. We’ve certainly made a lot of helpful discoveries which will aid us in improving our training and competitions.
9:30-10:30 Physical Therapy
10:30-12:30 Practice (Footwork and Drills)
1:30-2:30 Sports Psychology Session
3:00-4:00 Fencing focused Strength and Conditioning
4:00-6:00 Fencing Practice #2 (Bouting and lessons)
6:15-7:30pm Recovery Room (i.e. ice plunge, icing, hot bath, massage)
