My Favorite “Killing It” Exercise: The Prowler Leg Press!

One of my favorite training exercises is the Prowler leg press, i push it with 270lbs about 40 yards and then sprint at 9.5 MPH for 10 seconds.

I do this 10x…it is a killer!
